Clarity for everyday financial tasks
MyFinancials helps customers access their accounts, view and download invoices, dispute invoices, makes promises to pay, and export lists. I worked on the design system migration to Dell Design System 1.6, paired with an end-to-end content and UX refresh to make these everyday financial tasks simpler and clearer.

Micro feedback

More than a design system migration
This work focused on creating a more understandable and usable self-service experience across key financial tasks. Beyond the migration to Dell Design System 1.6, the project reinforced how clear content, feedback, and consistent interaction patterns can reduce friction in complex financial workflows.
